    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the ReexExchange platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReexExchange.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. Users from restricted jurisdictions as identified in our Compliance Policy are not permitted to use this platform. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ReexExchange is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information. Multi-factor authentication is strongly recommended.

    4. Trading Rules

    All trades executed on ReexExchange are final and irreversible once confirmed. Spot trades settle immediately. Futures positions are subject to leverage, margin requirements, and liquidation rules as detailed in our trading documentation. Market orders are filled at the best available price; slippage may occur during periods of high volatility.

    5. Deposits and Withdrawals

    Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Withdrawals are subject to security review and may require additional identity verification for large amounts or first-time addresses. ReexExchange reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals suspected of fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

    6. Fees

    Trading fees, withdrawal fees, and any other applicable charges are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time. By using our services, you agree to the fee schedule in effect at the time of your transaction. Fee changes will be communicated through platform announcements.

    7. Prohibited Activities

    Users are prohibited from engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, insider trading, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity. Accounts found violating these rules will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

    8. Account Restrictions

    ReexExchange reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, including but not limited to accounts involved in suspicious activity, violations of these terms, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    ReexExchange is not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, system downtime, blockchain network delays, unauthorized account access, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Users trade at their own risk and should only invest funds they can afford to lose.

    10. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the ReexExchange platform are the property of ReexExchange and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

    11. Amendments

    ReexExchange may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of ReexExchange shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.
